Hiring a team in another country feels risky, so we take the risk, not you: no deposits and no advance payments. Formal from day one: an NDA before we open any file and a contract before any paid work.

Start with a small task.
Scoping call
20 minutes. You show us the project. We'll tell you if we're a good fit.
Pilot at no cost
A small task from a current project, chosen by you: up to 24 hours of work, with an acceptance checklist and progress every day.
Monthly seat or task
After the pilot, we continue with a dedicated modeler for a monthly fee, or per task or package. You pay after delivery.
Packages
A monthly fee you can plan around.
You get the scope, the date and the price in writing before we start. No hour-by-hour approvals.
Coordinated electrical room
One electrical room with its feeders and surrounding conduit and tray: modeled, coordinated and drawn.
Field-ready level

Can we try you before committing?
Yes: a pilot at no cost, up to 24 hours of work on a small task from a current project, under NDA. How the pilot works.
What hours do you work?
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Colombia time (UTC−5, no daylight saving time). In Miami: 8 am–5 pm in winter, 9 am–6 pm from March to November. In Dallas and Houston: 7 am–4 pm in winter, 8 am–5 pm from March to November.
What is your specialty?
Electrical. We model the electrical scope and coordinate it with the other trades' models. If your project also includes other trades, tell us on the scoping call and we'll tell you what we can take on.
Who signs the drawings?
The engineer of record signs and seals the design. We model, coordinate and draw from it, under your direction. We do not design or seal.
How do you bill?
After delivery. A dedicated seat is a fixed monthly fee, invoiced at the end of each month; a task or package has a fixed price, invoiced on delivery once it passes the acceptance checklist. No upfront payment. By bank transfer in USD, invoiced from Colombia as an export of services.
